Raymond Sutton

Raymond Sutton founded Sutton Attorneys in 2023 and leads the firm’s labour law and employment relations practice. He advises employers on disciplinary and incapacity processes, employment advisory services, CCMA representation, and labour law regulatory compliance. He is regularly appointed as an independent chairperson in disciplinary hearings.

Raymond is known for his practical, business-focused approach and strong understanding of industrial relations, enabling him to deliver clear, strategic, and results-driven legal advice while promoting fair and compliant labour practices. He has previously served as a dispute resolution specialist for an employers’ organisation, further refining his expertise in resolving complex workplace disputes.

His experience in both civil and criminal proceedings strengthens his analytical and litigation capabilities, allowing him to provide accurate, solution-oriented legal services across a broad range of matters.
