Sutton Attorneys is a firm situated in Bryanston, Johannesburg with a focus on Labour and Employment Law. We are a group of highly qualified labour specialists that focus on assisting employers with all their industrial and employment-related issues.
The firm was opened in 2023. Mr Sutton, our principal, qualified himself as a labour specialist after being admitted as an attorney in 2019. He gained specialist experience by joining an employer’s organisation, where he served as a dispute resolution specialist.
Since 2023, the firm has grown each year and currently serves companies nationally. As practising attorneys, we offer the benefit of full legal representation, including at the Labour Court.
